initial support call. 99% of all customer reported
problems are corrected within 24 hours of being reported.
Normal support hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Emergency support calls are handled at any time.

and attendance system are available upon request.
The LINX Terminals are provided with a ONE (1) year warranty that
covers "return to factory" repairs at no cost during the warranty
period.
This warranty can be extended to 2-5 years at a very modest cost.
